I came to Vodafone at Wembley Central…
I came to Vodafone at Wembley Central after struggling to get my new phone going. I was having difficulty. I met a fantastic gentleman Patryk who was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable in his job, multitasking and kind. He gave me world class customer service. I then decided to renew my plan/tarrif with Vodafone and another gentleman Mr Farden took me through the available tariffs and ensured that I got the best suitable for my needs. His professional skills were perfect. Mr Patryk and Mr Farden are real assets to Vodafone. Thank you so much. I really appreciate 🙏 💛

New Device!
Visited today to get a device for my mother. Was greeted by Abubakar who took his time with me, provided honest advice and was wholly kind throughout. Abubakar gives the highest quality of customer service and it was a pleasure speaking to him. Would definitely recommend to visit the store and if you can, deal with Abubakar!

Great service by Farden in wembley…
Great service by Farden in wembley store. I was topping up alot of money until I came across Farden in vodafone wembley and he managed to put me on a pay monthly plan which is saving me alot of money every month.

The worst network ever
The worst network ever, they haven’t been able to fix my internet connection and every time I’m trying to get in touch with them they are transferring the call from one to another without doing anything actually. Also when I asked the to cancel my contract so I can move on, the asked me to pe a ridiculous amount of money, the cancellation fee
