We would like to say a huge thank you to Yousuf at the Loughton branch for all his help and support. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional from start to finish, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for us.
Yousuf took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions patiently and made the whole experience so much easier. His customer service was exceptional, and you could really tell that he cared about helping us and making sure we were happy.
It’s not often you come across someone who is so welcoming, polite and genuinely helpful. We really appreciate all the time and effort Yousuf put into helping us.
Thank you again, Yousuf, for your outstanding customer service. You are a real credit to the Loughton branch and the company. We would definitely recommend Yousuf to anyone looking for excellent customer service!

I came into the Vodafone shop for help and Mirza gave me very good help. I've been in before to the voda phone shop and I always find that I get the help I need. And that's why I stay with vodophone, they're great, and that's true.
