Really good experience at the Vodafone…
Really good experience at the Vodafone Lowestoft store. We went in looking for a new business phone and tariff, mainly wanting to keep the monthly cost sensible while still having something flexible enough for what we needed.
The whole team were really friendly and took the time to run through the different options rather than just trying to push us towards the most expensive deal.
Scott, the manager, was especially helpful and genuinely went above and beyond. He worked through a few different combinations with us to find something that gave us what we needed without unnecessarily increasing the monthly cost, and made the whole process really straightforward.
Really refreshing to get that level of service in-store. Would definitely recommend the Lowestoft team, and a big thanks to Scott for all his help.

Specialist advice on remote WiFi
We needed specialist advice on remote WiFi connectivity and James sorted out the whole issue for us in no time at all, including an excellent deal and an upgrade. We were fortunate to find him free and available as he also cleaned up my husband’s phone and this alone has completely changed his phone experience. James was extremely helpful and it felt good to go into a store and talk to someone. He was really kind and helped with everything I needed and more. He was very knowledgeable and explained the best deals for me. I really appreciated the people and personal experience, it makes a difference from having to communicate with a bot over the phone or travel far.

Would recommend
Here for a month or so, Scott was really helpful in setting up two SIM cards for our stay.
Good communication skills and very friendly, made it painless for us would recommend.

Virus wiped!
Scott, and Anthony, helped me very efficiently and kindly with a virus on my phone. They got rid of all the 'weird' pop ups and the root issue, a dodgy app. Thank you!

Went to the lowestoft store for help…
Went to the lowestoft store for help with my phone. Scott and james were able to fix it saving me the hassle of buying a new one. When my contract ends i will be back for sure
