Went into the Vodafone shop in Magherafelt and dealt with Alex. I was changing my son over from Lebra to Vodafone where my phone and broadband are with. He was very helpful and friendly. Lovely manners and explained everything so well. Thank you 😊

GIVE RICHARD A PIZZA OR SOMETHING SCREW 02
After a long and troublesome challenge set by O2 to forward my number onto a separate sim on a contract in my name, I gave up and went with a simple pac code switch providers. I walked in with high hopes and thank god for because Richard was able to sort it out in a timely manner with a solid deal for the cost on a 12 month contract. If the managers reading this he’d better get a classy lunch on the house of his choice as while O2 seemingly didn’t want my money, Richard got the job done
