Amazing service was provided
Amazing service was provided, the team had explained what the differences were between the new 16’s and 16 pro’s. Akshay had helped out a lot talking about broadband and further saving me more money towards my monthly bills.

Unhelpful, dishonest and rude
I had an office phone with Vodafone contract and once I received a PAC code I went to Vodafone Maidenhead asking for a contract that would allow me to retain the number and for an iPhone I could transfer my data to from my office iPhone 14. The guy in the shop gave me an iPhone 8 and proposed an additional sim card with a different number and 15G absolutely free of charge. When I tried to return my phone Vodafone Maidenhead would not have anything to do with it and directed me to another store where I found out that I was paying good money for the extra sim card.
The crew at Vodafone Windsor was very helpful and honest. The guy that served me at Maidenhead store was unhelpful, came across as very dishonest and when I tried to give back the iPhone 8 even rude.

I am nearly 80 years old & can find some things difficult.
Samya was so patient.
