Had a great exprience in vodafone both…

Had a great exprience in vodafone both management Jay and rachel helped me with my upgrade and talked me through the plan and deals i was getting really, Jay made me feel at ease as i was leaving a different network and was paying a fortune now im comfortable with the price im paying and with broadband aswell so thank you so much for helping me out much appreciated

Great service

Jay explained everything clearly every step of way getting me the best deal possible. He was friendly and made sure I was happy at each step. Walked away with a new phone and saving money on my exaiting deal.

We were seen by the store manager Rachel who was really helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to upgrade the phone, tell us how to cancel a device and provide information on broadband
