I had an excellent experience at…

I had an excellent experience at Vodafone thanks to Baysiti and Karen, the manager. Their customer service was truly outstanding. They both took extra time to help us, showing incredible patience and making sure we fully understood everything.

We never felt rushed, and they went above and beyond to find the best options for us. Thanks to their support, we were able to purchase two phones and two Apple devices with complete confidence.

Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this Vodafone store, especially if you get the chance to be assisted by Baysiti and Karen!

Renewed my mobile contract with Vodafone had some difficulty on the website with Ai chat but that improved after the transfer to a Live Agent Konrad who sorted out my new contract online and arranged for a new sim to be fitted at Vodafone Market Street Manchester

First through the door at 9am I was greeted by Karan who sorted out and fitted my new sim whilst retains my current number
