Ewan did a fantastic job in getting my three contracts renewed and didn't raise my bill even with vital extras added that I needed for my holiday in Greece. Top guy top service 👍

Came to Vodafone Middlesbrough store…

Came to Vodafone Middlesbrough store for a new phone today, Ewan was fantastic! He got me the new iPhone 17 pro max, with discounts on all my other products including broadband. He is very funny and kind 😊 thanks Ewan! Except from Flies! He hates them.

The best experience as always

The best experience as always! Came in to part exchange my old phone and recived the BEST service from Ewan.
Will be back to get my partner a £16 sim!

Ewan was extremely helpful and talkative went through everything in detail. There was a powercut while I was there but he stayed professional and everything got fixed pretty quick.
Made my day great and left with a new phone. #Ally

Libby was so helpful!!

Libby was fantastic. Looked After myself and my daughter when we came in to sort our our roaming. She got us both a great SIM deal for our phones and sorted out the roaming.

Our experience with Ewan.

Me and my mam went into vodafone today for a sim upgrade and a phone upgrade, we spoke to Ewan and he was absolutely amazing, so friendly and explained everything in such detail. He showed really good and professional customer service skills. He also made us feel very welcome creating a friendly interaction.

My experience today has been fantastic…

My experience today has been fantastic . Ewan who was dealing with my account was a lovely man , very informative and helped me half my current bill . I would highly recommend the store in Middlesbrough as all the staff are very friendly and helpful .

Ewan took time to help me upgrade my daughters phone. He also advised I could save money on my wife's number. Very polite and vast knowledge of what I needed. A great ambassador for vodafone.

I was so nervous about coming in

I was so nervous about coming in. I had an X phone which has a swollen battery and a phone newly purchased an iPhone 17. Ewan as absolutely above and beyond. He was beyond and brilliant. Put me at ease in the Middlesbrough shop. Very kind and easily to understand. They set up my new phone and found me a family deal. He was amazing. Deserves a raise!

I went into the Vodafone shop at… Middlesbrough

I went into the Vodafone shop at Middlesbrough the assistant name was Ewan after two fail attempts with customer services over the phone. I was advised to go into the Middlesbrough branch. I’m so glad I did. This guy is a credit to your company. He sorted everything out for me. Nothing was too much trouble. What can I say about him? You’re lucky to have a person like that working for you there is not many like him About customer service excellent the way he spoke excellent everything he done for me top notch well done to him. Everyone was very pleasant in the shop.
