Katie was really approachable

Katie was really approachable, friendly and patient. She took time to explain the features of each phone and make sure I got the best deal between refurbished phones or brand new. She checked I was happy with my choice and explained warranties and cancellation periods. She made sure I wasn't paying for anything I didn't need. Thankyou Katie!

Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly

Elizabeth was so helpful, very friendly and gave great customer service. She talked my mam through all the steps and gave her the best deals. We have been customers of Vodafone for a years and are always happy with the staff and service.

Sidra Went above and beyond for me and…

Sidra Went above and beyond for me and my partner.She took her time sorting our phones out.Knowing we were scared from our previous visit.After losing all of our data , she ensured we got everything back whilet we went off for a coffee.

Sidra was amazing

Sidra was amazing. She took her time to thoroughly help me and my partner treating our old devices and getting new contract sorted. She took the time to transfer all of our data from the old devices into the new ones and made sure that our prices were within our budget. Really happy coming back into this store and hope that she does not leave anytime soon.

Chloe is the best girl I've met in a…

Chloe is the best girl I've met in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she went above and beyond to build me a package that suited my needs and get me an accessible phone. She also helped my wife and son get an amazing deal. She deserves every penny of a pay rise, thank you so much Chloe! We will be coming back to see you!

Me and my partner have avoided coming…

Me and my partner have avoided coming into have our phones sorted in years, our kids finally pushed us to upgrade our mobile phones.

We were met with a delightful girl sidra, who thoroughly took her time to break everything down and ensure we have the best set up of our account.
Sidra also set up both our phones and transferred everything, over to our new phones straight away.

This visit had gone, incredibly seamless.
