Very good experience getting my son his first contract mobile. Both Connor and Scott were extremely patient and informative. Excellent service through out. Nice to see happy staff.

I recently visited the Neath store after unexpectedly receiving a large refund that was not meant to occur. Naturally, I was extremely anxious and concerned about the situation. However, I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Ewan, whose outstanding professionalism and calm, reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the next steps and assured me that the issue would be swiftly resolved, which greatly reduced my stress.
Beyond Ewan’s exceptional support, I must commend the entire team. Every staff member I have ever interacted with at the Neath store has been consistently friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Their clear communication and transparent service create a welcoming and trustworthy shopping experience.
I am truly grateful for the outstanding customer care I received and would highly recommend this store to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate service.

Outstanding customer service
The staff members Karl and Brandon helped my wife with a new phone she had purchased both helped and were very knowledgeable about the problem she was experiencing they both helped to resolve the problem and she was a very happy customer leaving the store thank you very much couldn't have asked for better service

I visited the neath store where Karl…
I visited the neath store where Karl and Brandon were amazing in helping me transfer my data from my old phone to my new one as I had important photos and data that I needed on my new phone but didn't know how to do it. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and managed to do the transfer for me in no time. I can't recommend this service enough to anyone. Thanks again

Amazing customer service
The boys were absolutely amazing with me and my daughter, even stayed after hours when we ran through the doors at 550pm to help! It turned out to be an actual phone problem as it was faulty but the boys tried every avenue from new sim and deleting old data etc and were just so polite and friendly! Would highly recommend!
