Excellent care and service from Peter and Imitiaz, there is an element of stress in changing one phone let alone two, their service was outstanding

Imtiaz was super good

Imtiaz was super good. Friendly guy sorted my samsung tab and fixed the issues from oldto the new one. Will definately recommwnd him

I came in Vodafone Newark and greeted by imtiaz in store. Very friendly guy made my day by sorting my old phone and transferred all my data to new phone I am more then happy to recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks

I came in today with my phone…

I came in today with my phone completely broken after dropping the device in water.
The screen and touchscreen was on and off and was highly frustrating, but Imtiaz went above and beyond to help. He waited until the phone screen came on and transfer my old phone to my new phone. Honestly can’t thank him enough, nothing seemed too much for him to sort and I’m very happy with my new phone! Thankyou again.

Helpful staff

Imtiaz was extremely helpful and efficient. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t want! I am pleased with my new phone, and would be happy to recommend the Newark Branch and Imtiaz.

The person who helped us was funny which helped us feel better since it was our first time changing the contract with a new phone included. He was also very clear and helpful too.

Amazing guy Imtiaz at Vodafone newark

Yeah, my phone was automatically locked since last night and I tried all I could but it seems same. This morning I decided to visit Vodafone where I signed the contract with them and after my expectations, one the staff helped me out and right now I can assess my phone again. Thanks gose to Imtiaz
