Amna is really amazing. She is so patient and really really helpful. Honestly the best customer service i have ever received. AMNA is an absolute star. She deserves a promotion. Thank you amna I am excited to use my new iPhone. I picked the wrong plan and amna helped me to sort it i am now walking away with an even better plan than I originally picked with my new iPhone. Excellent service from Pedro
Excellent service, Pedro served us and was professional and friendly the whole time. He found us the best deal for a new Samsung S26 Ultra and let us pick the colour. Highly recommend the Newport store and Pedro!!!! I was sat with my 12 week old and he was also patient with me when I needed him to repeat some specifics.

Lauren helped out a lot today in getting a good airtime deal on both my daughter’s phone and mine. She also walked me thru the deal if I was to upgrade my phone and explained the plan and phone plan in detail with me. I will be back when I am ready to upgrade and will seek out Lauren
