Was approached pretty quickly when…

Was approached pretty quickly when entering the shop. Managed to get my airtime contract down to a reasonable price and changed over to Vodafone broadband and again cheaper than my current provider.

It is wonderful to have humans to serve me rather than online. I hope you never close the stores. Sam was brilliant in his patience, willingness to listen to what I needed and found the best plan for me. His interpersonal skills are excellent and he is polite and respectful.
