I was very impressed by the knowledge…

I was very impressed by the knowledge and professional manner of the staff member who sorted out my contract problem. He (Harry) was able to guide me through the whole process by using terms I could understand as I am not very technical.

Would certainly recommend this shop.

Great service

Spent an hour with Dylan this morning in the busy weekend before Xmas - he was so calm & gave great advice. Got sorted with a phone upgrade & two SIM only plans. He even checked my broadband deal. Brilliant service, couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I came in with a faulty phone and left…

I came in with a faulty phone and left with a new phone on a cheaper deal. And got a saving on my broadband to boot.
Happy days.

Great experience in store today in Abbey centre with Michael.
Michael got me sorted with an upgrade with a new iPhone 16 and made the whole process very straightforward as after spending hours online I knew I needed some assistance. I would highly recommend going in store to these guys for some help.

Had a great experience in store the staff were very friendly and helpful, good info on the contract phones and I also updated a sim in my own phone
