Amazing customer service …

Rhys was very helpful with helping me

Rhys was very helpful with helping me and my partner set up his new contract, he listened to what we wanted and helped us decide on what plan was best to suit us. Will definitely be changing over myself thanks to him and will recommend friends

Abe was really helpful and explained…

Abe was really helpful and explained the contract and phone very well. The deal saved me £16 a month so i would def reccommend Vodafone.

Customer service advisor Curtis…

Customer service advisor Curtis McCambley was fantastic with his service. Store manager Ben was also very helpful. Got me a new plan and phone for cheaper! Will be back!

Sterling Service from Vodafone Newtownards

I was having trouble with coverage on my previous network so I called into the Vodafone shop in Ards shopping centre. I had a chat with the manager and he recommended their Voxi Sim as I am only a Pay as you go customer.
He helped me obtain my PAC code so that I could keep my old number and set the whole thing up for me.
I am amazed by the improvement in coverage compared to previous provider.
I run a small business and attend events where I accept card payments but this only works when I have good mobile data coverage - I was losing sales before I switched to Vodafone.
Would highly recommend and can only describe my experience in Vodafone Ards as a Sterling service.

Fionnuala and Ben were great

Fionnuala and Ben were great. Assisted me in trying to retrieve a previously held number. Fionnuala was very thorough and kind with everything she did. Would highly recommend.

Big thanks

I thought I had lost my phone. The team at Vodafone Belfast were really helpful disabling the phone and advising me on what to do next.

I later found the phone and went to Vodafone Newtownards to see if it could be reactivated. This was done sorted very professionally and I was promptly back on net.

Mega thanks to both teams, especially to Fionnuls and Ryan, for super customer service
