Exceptional service.
Exceptional service from knowledgeable & helpful staff. Always attentative & professional. Always prepared to politely show me how to do certain tasks, which are probably really simple to them. I never mind waiting as I know the person being assisted before me is getting the same great personal service.

Decent service overall
Decent service overall, but nothing extraordinary. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helped with setting up my new phone and plan. While they managed to assist with transferring data and resolving some issues, the service could be more efficient. A good experience, but not flawless. A solid 3-star effort from Vodafone UK, thanks.
