I want to say a big thank you to helped me at Vodafone! I had two IT colleagues who couldn’t solve the issue and only made things more confusing, but he was the only one who actually helped and fixed the problem. I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. Thank you so much Shaun !

Buying a new iPhone
Gesy was really helpful today when we went into Vodafone Northampton to upgrade my husband’s mobile phone. She went through a number of options and made it very easy for us to agree what was best for us.

Northampton, Gesy who had the absolute patience of a saint when dealing with 57 year old self who is effectively the least technical person on the planet! She was thoughtful, understanding and methodical add this to the fact she actually had a PERSONALITY and what is normally an experience I loathe was a pleasant, funny and great experience!!
