Mark at Vodafone Nottingham was excellent. He sorted out my problems and was very calm and patient.
The only downside (reason for losing a star) was the long wait time in store.

Helpful, pleasant and attentive
I was served by a guy called Zac on Saturday who helped me choose a new phone and a new plan. He was extremely helpful and explained everything. Very pleasant staff and not pushy sales people which I liked. Would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family

The services a Vodafone staff by name…
The services a Vodafone staff by name Kirsty rendered to me was just awesome. She was so patient to walk me through a number of possibilities regarding a renewal contract I was about to embark upon. She eventually identified that I was billing for services that I should not have been paying. I’m so pleased with the services I received from Kirsty of Vodafone (Nottingham City Centre) branch this morning. She deserves to be promoted. Thank you.

Customer service was above and beyond
The customer service I received in-store was amazing. Kirsty made the whole process so easy, nothing was too much to ask and she was helpful in every way. Everything was explained so well and she made sure we got the best deal available
