Emma was absolutely lovely
Emma was absolutely lovely, gave us fantastic advice and sorted out my daughters contract and set us up with broadband. She was very helpful and gave us straight forward advice, in a way we understood easily.

Bobby was fantastic

Switched my broadband to Vodafone, was offered a good deal when changing my mobile and couldn’t miss out on a great offer. Was served by a chap called Bob or Bobby.

Fab fab fab!!
I was in store a few days before Christmas looking to get a upgrade for my daughter as a present, I wasn’t to sure if I was going to be able to get one as it was so near to the big day but I went into the Perth store and was seen right away by Emma. She managed to get me an upgrade for my daughter and I walked out with the phone that day. Great service from the team in Perth and will be back in March to upgrade myself.

Please do not go for Vodafone, if not you will end up like me.
I have actually cancelled direct debit payment option but still they have access to my bank without my consent. I recently moved back to my country permanently and I have cancelled my account and my phone number 0416546185 but they have been charging me for past three months. I have actually called them regarding this issue but the customer service was really bad, they still couldn’t fix my problem. I even emailed Vodafone regarding my issue yet they still didn’t answer my mails. Now I have forwarded complaints hoping they would response. Worst service ever.

Emma was superb in dealing with 3 upgrades in store and an additional purchase and actually helped up save money on our existing set of contracts. Friendly service from Emma and all of the team in store at Perth.

The staff team at Vodafone Perth
The staff team in the Vodafone Perth store are excellent. Bobby in particular provided exceptional service. He was patient and took the time required to sort out the tricky aspects encountered with changing everything over to my new phone, with good humour. He was also attentive to what I wanted from a new 2 year contract. Thank you!
