Upgrade with Tilly!
I came into the store to upgrade my phone. I was served by Tilly and Adam was supporting to gain his training and learning. Tilly did a great job, I’m super happy with the service. Was offered a drink and took out a new phone and sim!

Great experience in Prestatyn Vodafone
Great experience
Spoke with Aaron the store manager. Went into store to ask about my contract, due to having a break in the corner.
Aaron was very helpful and explained that my contract had expired and I could upgrade my phone. I went in with an idea of which phone, I would like to get but talking through the specs of others and found a better deal.
Whilst we were talking I was offered refreshments and made to feel at ease.
Vodafone also had an offer on trade in and bonus, making my overall payment a lot cheaper (despite the damage).
The deals are amazing and Aaron spoke through all of them and highlighted different offers such as roaming, unlimited data, entertainment packages (either YouTube premium or Amazon Prime).
I now have a new phone with unlimited data, roaming within Europe and entertainment packages for a very reasonable price.
I was also allowed to take my dog into the store and she was given treats and well looked after.

Great experience, really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Millie took the time to explain my plan and helped put the sim in for me. Lovely girl. I'm very impressed with Vodafone Prestatyn and will definitely shop here again amd recommend the store to all my friends.

Customer service was brilliant
Customer service was brilliant. Unfortunately there were many technical difficulties with the Computer system but the staff worked very well and reassured me the problem would be solved

I spoke to Aaron and Jade and they were so helpful and sorted out my issue so quickly. They explained everything in depth and they were so friendly the whole time! Even offered me a drink! These two helped me so much, would recommend this Vodafone. Full of friendly faces and helpful staff
