Lovely Leah

Leah was so lovely and helpful. She explained everything really clearly and we came away with everything we needed. She even worked over to stay with us and make sure everything was sorted. 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I left feeling well informed, heard and valued. I would 100% recommend Vodafone Redcar store to my friends and family. Big shout out and thanks to Adam who sorted out my new device and plan today.

I been today on Vodafone shop in Redcar…

I been today on Vodafone shop in Redcar and Connor kindly listen to my problems with my phone. In very professional manner Conner fix my phone SIM, Very impressed and very happy customer. I will recommend this Vodafone shop and Connor to Al my friends and family.

I do admire the professional manner and kindly way of Conner spoke to me today and fix and answer to all my phone issues

Great customer service.

Chantelle and Leah were very helpful today, booking my phone in for a repair.
Were very patient while I had to back up and restore my replacement phone before it was booked in.
Great service.

Adam is an absolute star

Adam is an absolute star - he was able to recommend a suitable new phone for my needs along with the right accessories too. Also he provided advice about transferring details from my old phone to the new one. He is friendly, super knowledgeable and has a fabulous calm and patient way with customers. I'd definitely go back to this store.
