I was served in rhyl Vodafone shop to day by Ahmad , what a fantastic young lad , hes very helpful , nothing was to much trouble for him , I would 100% recommend the staff at that store

Excellent Customer Service

I was due an upgrade on my mobile phone.
I had an idea what I wanted, but valued the information that I was given about the variety of phones in my price range.
There was no hard sell, I felt my preferences were listened to.
George explained very clearly how my new plan would work. He also transferred all my phone information to my new phone. This was a great service.

Fantastic job done by George today

Fantastic job done by George today.
Managed to sort my issue out which I have been trying to sort with online and over phone customer service.

Done it all within 15 minutes.

Great store

George is a great member of staff, he was informative and polite. I needed a sim for my little sister and he helped me to find the perfect one at a good price.

Beyond helpful

I came into a branch as I needed to update my phone and the online bot was not helpful at all.
Honestly have never met people more willing to help.
Will and George went through what I needed to know and explained in great detail the best way to sort my Vodafone account to make them easy to manage. Brilliant team.
