I was served in rhyl Vodafone shop to day by Ahmad , what a fantastic young lad , hes very helpful , nothing was to much trouble for him , I would 100% recommend the staff at that store

Love the guys in here

Love the guys in here. Such great vibes and Liam David and tom are such a good crack to be around. I haven't laughed so much in a long time while they offered me a drink and got my bill down and a new broadband

I came in today to look around and…

I came in today to look around and David the store manager and Liam was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They offered me a cup of tea and told me all sorts of stuff I didn't even know with the benefits. They had great energy together and made me laugh a lot so it felt like a really good atmosphere so they was very reassuring and if it wasn't for them I don't think I would of purchased as I was tempted by EE but they made me realise Vodafone was the right choice. My friend recently got a phone from here mainly because of these two how they made her feel with her experience. Thank you David and Liam. :-)

The shop assistant Liam made us feel…

The shop assistant Liam made us feel very welcome and was extremely helpful. Suggested different options and was really knowledgeable .
Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Rhyl Vodafone Liam's services

Liam since our first visit 17/6/23 has been very accomodating and customer service is phenomenal. I have went through 4 stores in Rhyl inquiring about phones and it was only at Vodafone who really accomodated us. Explained everything really clear and gave us all the options. Liam is part of the reason we decided to choose vodafone. It was not awkward, not intimidating. We can really compare because we went through different customer services that day.
