Excellent service by Ayub

Spent nearly three hours at Vodafone Rochdale with Ayub. This guy was absolutely brilliant. Credit where credit due cannot fault anything he did for us.

Mohammed fixed my problem for my…

Mohammed fixed my problem for my damaged sim and replaced it with a new one. Service was good. Also offered home broadband and sim deals.

Received excellent customer service…

Received excellent customer service from Ross in the Rochdale store, however the pc system was loading up slow and I was in the store for quite some time (over a hour) just upgrading my device, it may have been quicker to deal with customers if staff had an updated system or tablets to work on like other phone stores. Ross was very friendly and offered some water too, a great asset to the company.

Ayub was a star. He was supportive helpful- couldn't fix my phone but I have walked away with a new phone, plan and Internet plan and am now spending less than half of what paying previously
