Lost sim

I was at the store today because i lost my sim card. i was at Vodafone, Romford. The lady over there, her name is Teri, she was very helpful, she was able to change it for me, informed me about the contract and we decided to switch to the contract. The service was perfect and everything was so easy with Teri helping me solving this issue.

Teri was really nice, approachable and very friendly. She made my visit to the store feel like I was at a friend's place. We chatted like we've known each other for a long time.

Upgrade enquiry: Lucy

Lucy was brilliant with all my enquiries. Was very efficient and explained very well what each feature did when I upgraded my phone. She also made sure every customer in the room was seen to and made sure everyone was comfortable. I would definitely recommend her service to everyone.

Lucy was so helpful knowledgeable and friendly. She did everything I requested and ( with little knowledge myself) explained things I needed to know. During my visit Lucy was helping other customers who like myself were a little out if touch with technology! Thanks Lucy

Excellent service from the Vodafone…

Excellent service from the Vodafone store in Romford. Advisor provided a personalised service, taking time to resolve an E-Sim issue I presented. A real credit to Vodafone.

Amazing service

Tam was great, he detailed everything for me and went through deals for all my lines, even my brothers lines and we saved money on our three deals moving to Vodafone
