Came into store to get iPad for son for chrstmas. Teri was very helpful and explained everything so I understood.
Very nice and friendly service.
Also got new sim contract as I was paying more with three.
I will defiantly be back to Vodafone Romford

Excellent Customer Service

It was a swift and fantastic customer service I got from the front office staff I met Gary. A pleasant person who acted professionally taking me through all the ongoing Vodafone products and their value exchange. No regret visiting Vodafone Romford office today.

Teri helped me with my upgrade. She was very friendly and professional. Explained everything in detail and left understanding everything i was signing for.

Tam and Gary were both amazing

Tam and Gary were both amazing. I came into the Romford store very frustrated with my phone and they were able to sort it out with a big smile.
They are very knowledgeable and explained what I need to do if it’s not working..

I went into the shop to decide on a new phone and a monthly plan.
Teri, the adviser that offered to help was very patient and knowledgeable. After a long chat, I agreed to continue my contract with Vodafone and I also selected an amazing new phone. Also lovely input and amazing energy and positivity from her colleague Ferit.
Overall a smooth, great experience, highly recommend this tiny shop.
