Alfie is charming and extremely knowledgeable and he resolved my mobile phone problems very quickly. He also saved me money on my broadband. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Marcel was excellent
Marcel was excellent.
We were having issues with my elderly mother’s mobile phone and broadband. He was extremely patient and kind and fully explain the issues she was having and resolved everything.

Excellent service today!
Today I called in at the Vodafone shop in Selby with a number of problems including having a faulty Internet connection.
I was served by Marcel, the manager.
He was very professional and knowledgeable and carefully took me through all the things I needed to do. I am not very good at technology so he wrote details down, repeated them and made sure that I understood everything. He was extremely patient and courteous and also reconfigured my broadband package making sure I was getting the best deal. Definitely 5* service - many thanks, Marcel!

Rob at Selby Vodafone Store was exceptional today. So professional, friendly and no questions I had were a problem. He clearly knows his role very well and takes pride in helping others. I work in customer services and it very rare these days to find someone with natural talent as Rob's. He was wonderful with our 5 year old daughter, whilst upgrading my phone. It can be so stressful usually trying to occupy her, but he was fantastic. Thank you again.
