Talk with Natasha at Vodafone regarding broadband contract

Natasha was approachable, friendly, patient and professional. She gave me very good information about the products,especially about the payments I would be making over the contract period and about Fibre To The Property which I will be having.
Excellent customer service with a smile!

Went in vodafone shop as needed to…

Went in vodafone shop as needed to discuss payment on broadband spoke with Reece very welcoming and gave us good information regarding our broadband so we sighed up for another 24 months 😀

5* friendly experience

Lovely friendly experience. Chris at the Crystal Peaks branch was more than happy to help us.
He helped us to select a new contract for SIM only, broadband and a tablet and still managed to save us some money. 5* service.

Exceptional customer service.

The customer service I received from Chris was exceptional.
He was knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. He was very patient and understanding of my circumstances.
I cannot thank him enough.

Great experience

Paul at Crystal Peaks was great, I came in to get an upgrade on my phone but really didn’t know what I wanted. He took the time to go through multiple different phones, brought them to the desk if they were available in store and took me through the monthly breakdown of each one so I could decide what was best for me even if it did take me a while to decide! At no point did I feel rushed, he took the time to make sure I ended up with the right phone for me, overall great experience

Great Service

Great Service
Have been with Vodafone for years always come back as they have served me well, always willing to make things more affordable, i come in to see about trading in my iphone 15 and seeing if i could get a 17 in which was successful. I spoke with Chris he helped me get the contract to a price that suited and let me know i could bring my old device back in store which is ideal as i work round the corner. Happy with the outcome

Better than the rest

Having been to another shop the service, care and diligence of Chris at Crystal Peaks is exceptional. Vodafone has been a great provider and people like Chris keep me as a customer, year after year.

5 Star Review - Chris @ Crystal Peaks

Had the pleasure of Chris from Crystal Peaks assisting me with my stressful situation of my phone not working.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and easy to speak to.

We upgraded my plan from SIM only to a new Pixel 10 Pro XL.

He explained everything clearly and calmly.

I would recommend anyone to visit Chris in the future.

He deserves a big bonus for his wedding in February.
