Jack has been incredible today and so very helful. Nothing was too much trouble and he actually wanted to help and support. The atmosphere in the shop was fab too but Jack was AMAZING.

A vibe you can’t match over the phone

Friendly, professional service, helped me find the right plan and they saved me money. Jack is an amazing asset to Vodafone store. The store was clean and tidy and was not only visually inviting also had a great vibe. Great team on today and that was demonstrated in their communication and support. Will always visit in person as opposed to online support. Thank you Vodafone and thank you Jack.

Great Service in Shrewsbury

Great service from Jack at the Shrewsbury store, from initial enquiry to setting up my new iPhone 15. He walked me through the whole process describing costs and functionality clearly. Highly recommended.
