I have been experiencing very very poor…

I have been experiencing very very poor signal/reception using for phone calls to both incoming and outgoing voice keeps breaking and the signals bars change to one point more frequently in my area Slough Berkshire

When spoke to customer service they asked me to pay off my whole contract amount to exit from Vodafone very frustrating and called couple times standing outside of my house to the network team but the calls keeping disconnected after the wait of 35 minutes initially some lift the call take all details to verify me and when they transferred the call to technical team after wait of half an hour the calls get disconnected with no response very frustrating.

Called customer care and been waiting for over an hour to connect. Still hopeless to get the support from Vodafone every attempt to call for disconnection needs waiting for over an hour but when we call for new connection the calls keeping disconnected gets connected in 5 minutes

Had an awesome experience

Had an awesome experience. The retail advisor Safaa was so nice and such a help. I’ve never seen such a professional and helpful staff anywhere before. Once again Kudos to Safaa and Vodafone for this amazing experience. Would Highly recommend this store to my friends and family.

I’ve had a terrible experience with…Vodafone.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Vodafone. I called on 29 April to relocate my broadband service to my new flat. The agent told me it would be set up by 6 May, which felt like a long wait, but I accepted it. As the date approached, I was notified that the installation had been rescheduled to 9 May. I took a day off work to accommodate this.

On 9 May, the technician arrived but was unable to complete the job due to missing tools, and I was told it would be rescheduled again to 13 May. I reluctantly agreed, as I urgently need the internet.

On 13 May, I took another day off and waited the whole day for the technician. I then received a notification saying I had been "missed" — despite being home all day and available. I tried to call, but there was no contact number provided, and I received no prior communication to confirm the technician’s arrival.

This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After all these delays and poor service, I’ve decided to cancel my Vodafone account and will be switching to a more reliable provider.

I would not recommend Vodafone to anyone based on my experience.
