Alessia was a star ⭐

Alessia was so helpful and knowledgeable! We weren't relishing the thought of having to purchase a new mobile for my daughter (due breakage) but with Alessia's assistance it all became very bearable 😊 she even guided me to switching to a better airtime plan. Thank you!

Sukhvindviner listened and I came away happy.

Sukhvindviner listen to my request and understood what I was asking about. There was a bit of a problem because I have moved recently and he handled the whole situation with tact. I may be oldish, 83 and I do know some things, I felt really supported.

Excellent service from Chris

Excellent service from Chris. He took his time to go through my upgrade options and explained everything clearly. Customer service like this doesn't tend to exist anymore so it was a pleasant surprise.

Chloe was really helpful when amending the date of my direct debit, she even got the price of my bill down and saved me some money, and she done it all with a smile! She is a credit to the company
