The best customer service with Jake.
The customer service with Jake. Booked appointment for replacement battery but left with a new mobile. Best decision made. Jake was a true professional. Spoke through in detail every thing I needed to know. Answered every question I asked. A true gentleman and so very patient. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to mobile phones. He is an absolute asset to the Vodafone shop. I left the shop feeling very happy with the choice of mobile chosen. Thanks to Jake. Fantastic customer satisfaction.

Rachel was very helpful but the fact that I can’t use my Blue Light discount in store when I upgrade and trade in isn’t very good in my view. It means I loose my 20% discount.
