We had a great experience with Marina & Abbas. Highly recommended. It’s a shame the phone wasn’t in store 😭.

Southend high street Vodafone customer…
Southend high street Vodafone customer care service is very efficient. This is my 2nd visit and both times, the team over there, especially Jakub and Abbas has been very helpful, patient and sorted out the issue with their expertise. Would definitely recommend them for anyone struggling to find a solution to their phone, sim or broadband concerns.

Phone not working
I accidentally linked my phone to my son’s new phone whilst it was charging and couldn’t send or receive calls. Couldn’t sort this out at home as I didn’t know I’d done this until I had to drive into the Vodafone shop in Southend. A lovely young man called Singh helped sort out my phone and restore all my details and data and gave me some information from My account to possible upgrade it. What a lovely helpful man.
