First Class Customer Service
I entered the store and the three assistants were all dealing with customers of a certain age. I noticed each customer was receiving excellent attention. James noticed me waiting and said somebody would be with me asap. I was grateful for the acknowledgment.
James became free and begun helping me. I am new to Vodafone and had a few queries with my phone. James was very polite and helpful and soon dealt with all my queries. I highly recommend Vodafone in Spalding and won’t hesitate to use them again. Well done guys for restoring my faith in 5* customer service.

Hello well I went into the Vodafone store this morning in spalding coz i have a contract with them for some years now but just wanted to cancel my contract has my phone bill went up from £18 to £30 but the gentleman come up and said can I help you and he was very helpful and sorted out my contract for me

Great service
I called into the Spalding store for a SIM card for my daughter. Josh and Thomas were extremely helpful. They helped my with my contract reduced my bill and ran me through all the offers. Great service.

New phone transfer
Bought my new phone & was worried about transferring my existing information to my new phone. Josh was absolutely fantastic & ever so patient with me. His service was excellent & would highly recommend. A lovely asset to the branch
