Complicated e-sim installation
I was having problems with a new phone for an eSIM. Everyone including apple told me to go to Vodafone so I did. To the st. Albans branch.
I had to wait a bit which was fine as they were selling phones and that is their job. Then Muj was free to help me. Well, he was just amazing !!! He gave me as much time as was needed to get the problem sorted.
He spoke to the other supplier for me on my behalf and did everything they asked and more. He was
aware that I had already been trying to get the problem sorted for 5 days. I came away feeling I would finally be able to use my phone correctly.
I now have a wonderful new iPhone which works!
He explained everything that was happening in easy language as we went through the stages.

A positive and helpful team. Amz the senior manager was very courteous and kind and helped me through my wi fi problems most successfully.
Farhan the senior manager was equally professional and friendly .
A very good visit for me and for Vodaphone an excellent store.
