Customer service was absolutely brilliant. Muj was excellent. As were his colleagues and the manager. I was expecting it to be a nightmare and it was exactly the opposite!

I had a great experience with Vodafone
I had a great experience with Vodafone. Nafisa, Mutzy and what I think was the general manager were incredibly helpful and took the time to understand what I needed. They helped me find a really good deal for my data and explained everything clearly, without any pressure. Their customer service was friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate their support and would definitely recommend the Vodafone in St Albans.

Excellent service by Nafisa and Mutzy
Excellent service by Nafisa and Mutzy. They helped me get a brand new phone. I am currently with giffgaff and I normally have my kids to help me. Mutzy and Nafisa made me feel welcome and helped me a lot. I highly recommend their services. Thank you

First class service from Amz and Muj when I was looking for mobile broadband. They went through every detail with me so I fully understood the products and benefits. Not only did I get a great deal the coverage is second to none with super fast speeds. I was so impressed I changed my mobile contract to Vodafone from EE as well. Friendly, warm and inviting customer care I won’t hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.
