My husband and I do an 80mile round…

My husband and I do an 80mile round trip just to get help and advise from Chris and Chloe. Chris set up my husband’s new tablet! Couldn’t do without such help. Thank you

Chris was really helpfull

Chris was really helpfull, it was really important to me that i had special event photos which he helped me retrieve. He was patient understanding and friendly i would reccomend st austell store to anyone.

I come in with my contract phone which…

I come in with my contract phone which the screen wasnt turning on and they have now traded my old phone in and i have a new contract, Couldnt of asked for better, Chris was absolutely brilliant asked if i was was happy with everything and said step by step of what he was doing.

Wow.

Wow! Went in for a sim upgrade and came out with a new phone. Chris was kind enough to talk me through different offers that were avaliable and help pick the best for me and went though transferring data to my new phone. Couldn't have ask for more.
