Helpful and knowledgeable

Matt has been absolutely brilliant at…

Matt has been absolutely brilliant at the St.Austell Vodafone store. Setting up our mobile dongle for our internet so we are never without Wi-Fi at home and setting up my new iPhone transferring everything. Knowledgeable, cheerful and efficient. Thank you.

Very Helpful

I came into Vodafone to sort my phone out as I was getting poor signal! Ian was extremely helpful and freindly and I have a new phone which I'm delighted with, I wasn't pressured at all!

Matt helped me and my non technical husband purchase new contracts and helped us through every step

A pleasure to deal with once again

Every time I have come into this store Ian and Chris have been very helpful and knowledgeable as well as professional, they always check out the best deals, the advice they give is a great benefit when choosing a phone and home broadband plan. Well worth the visit.

Helpful, efficient service

Came in for my husband to upgrade or go sim only. He wasn't really sure what he wanted to do but Ian was really helpful and talked him through all the options and costs. He was very friendly and patient and we were extremely pleased with the deal he got for my husband in the end. While we we there, he also offered to check out my plan and make sure I was on the most cost-effective deal, which was kind of him. The other young guy in the store was really nice and helpful too. All round, they gave us a great service - it's so much better being able to go into a shop and see the tech, and get guidance in person, rather than trying to do it over the phone.

Update Contract/discount

Ian - Very personable, polite and explained everything clearly. Gave us different options and talked us through every detail. Wasn't a pushy salesperson at all and made us feel like a valued customer.
