I have had brilliant help today from…

I have had brilliant help today from Joao in Stevenage. Not only did he move my data over to a new phone but guided an anxious old lady into many helpful tips on how to use my new phone.. his manner throughout was patient, kind, pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I certainly found the first class customer service I was led to expect.

Even though there was not an eventual sale the service and pleasantness from the store was outstanding. I was served by Venkata who clearly answered all my queries. This is why I have been with Vodaphone for years.

We came back to Vodafone for Joao at…

We came back to Vodafone for Joao at Stevenage branch as he had upgraded my husband’s iphone previously. I have just upgraded my iPhone and Joao has been as helpful and courteous as before.
Wonderful service.

I have been with Vodafone for 25 years. Always been extremely happy with service. Particularly knowing I can call in and ask for advice anytime.
Was served by Glenn today who was very helpful, explaining everything clearly and being particularly helpful in finding the right phone for me at the right price.
I would highly recommend Vodafone.
