Excellent Customer Service

I recently visited the Stirling store as I was having a few issues with my phone. I was greeted with a welcoming smile from a young man called Graeme. He was so friendly and helpful, and very patient and all the issues were addressed and resolved I was very surprised and impressed with the level of Customer Service I received. Thank you very much Graeme!

Staff very friendly and efficient

Came into the store to upgrade my phone and it couldn’t have been easier! James got everything sorted for me in no time and was extremely helpful getting me a new phone that was within my current budget. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Thankful for your assistance

Popped into the store the other day to get some help with my new phone. Alistair was really helpful and got all my old photos transferred over to my new device. Really appreciated him going the extra mile and explaining useful things I could do with my new model

Great store

I was completely clueless when I walked in but Ali put me at ease and helped me set up a new contract and really great deal. The Stirling store is definitely the most helpful and friendly store I’ve been to.

New phone success

Finally got a new phone sorted recently at the stirling store, spoke with Liam who was very helpful and sorted me out with a contract I'm very happy with.

Came into Stirling to top up my phone…

Came into Stirling to top up my phone and Ali helped me move onto a contract SIM that was much better value for money and loowed me to use it without stress or worry. Will be recommending the Sitrling Vodafone store

I came into store with a faulty SIM…

I came into store with a faulty SIM card and was seen by Ali who resolved it with no issues and even after resolving the fault got me on a better plan for less money with more data. First class service.

I came into store to ask about roaming…

I came into store to ask about roaming charges. I was served by Ali, who was great. Informed me of all my options with passes and even gave me the option to change my plan to a more inclusive one, very happy with the outcome.

Liam Whyte offered great customer service and helped explain the whole process in easy to understand terms. Honestly was amazing service, especially when it's something I often get flustered or confused when doing.
