Vodafone UK - Stirling レビュー 

Quick and efficient service in the Stirling branch of Vodafone when upgrading my phone. Susie was great at working out what suited me best regarding my contract. I always find the staff here very approachable.

A wait to be seen but first class help from Matthew who listened well and provided sensible advice.

I was getting nowhere online so went to the Stirling store where Lindsey was very patient and helpful .

I had trouble transferring data from iPhone 5s to my new 16e iPhone .
I tried unsuccessfully to get help online from Vodafone .
I then decided to drive 25 miles to Vadafone in Stirling which was a smart move . Entering the branch I was greeted by Lindsay , explained my situation with my new iPhone and immediately she responded , not a problem I will set up phone and transfer data . Lindsey was excellent and set up my phone in a very professional manner with no fuss .

Well I’ve been going through a rough time losing my phone and today I was in the shop to get my number switched as my old one was compromised. In doing so Lindsey was incredibly helpful making me feel 10x better about my situation. She helped me and my mum to get everything sorted smoothly and asap. Would thoroughly recommend anyone get help from her!

I changed 1 plan to a sim only plan and upgraded my mobile to a new phone and plan with a tablet, which I was unsure I was going to do and was originally just going in to look at possible changes but due to her excellent customer service I upgraded

My Husband was in the shop today looking for a new phone as he had lost confidence in his old phone due to it switching off all the time. Matt was amazing with him very knowledgeable and patient and helped him find the best phone to suit him. We were so grateful to Matt and his patience

Needed help with our newly delivered mobile. Matthew was excellent in providing that help. He was cheerful, polite and professional in the way he delivered that assistance to us. We left the shop with every expectation fulfilled. He is credit to Vodafone.

Excellent service from Susie who spent a lot of time to understand my wife's and my needs before suggesting new phones. After a couple days one proved to be less than ideal and it was returned with no fuss. Been with Vodafone for about 30 years and have no intention of changing.

We bought a new phone and had issues! Lindsey was amazing and helped fix the issue! She was also very friendly and made us feel comfortable that she could fix this! Which she did! One delighted daughter, Lindsey is a credit to your company!
