Really good personal touches and rapport. Understood the needs of us and listened to all concerns. Was a to and fro all day with decisions so it was nice to refurn to him each time and get bespoke service

Great Service!

I was served by Liam, he helped add a roaming pass to my phone for my holiday trip to Spain. He was very helpful and friendly.

Lindsey is a star and so helpful…

Had a really positive experience today with Lindsey from the Stirling Vodafone shop. Ive been having a lot of issues with my broadband upgrade recently and went into the shop to see if they could help. Lindsey was so helpful and really lovely and positive and has made me remain a customer with vodafone as I was close to leaving. Thank you Lindsey for thinking outside the box and saving my sanity of no wifi 😊

I have just been to the store in…

I have just been to the store in Stirling and had the most incredible service from a young lady called Lindsey. There was a query about fraud on our account and she provided us with information to contact the fraud team about our existing case and I will proceed to contact them.

Excellent store staff

I always find the staff in store the best. Polite, informative & helpful. Liam has been my go to person for the last few times & he always helps me out with what’s right for me & my usage. Thank you Liam you are a star

I was having the worst day I was…

I was having the worst day I was returning my daughter’s phone and she hadn’t cleared it ! Nightmare
Anyway a lovely girl called Susie helped she was amazing !
She could see I was upset and asked me if there was anything she could do
It was so thoughtful

Excellent Customer Service

I had just returned from travelling abroad and had an issue regarding my service which was due to a misunderstanding regarding some T&Cs of the roaming pass. I was given great customer service by a very pleasant young man named Oliver. He helped me greatly and left me with a great impression of both Vodafone in general but also the store inside the Thistles shopping centre.

Superb Customer Service!

I was recently in the Vodafone shop in Stirling and a lovely young woman called Susie helped me with with a new contract for my phone. She was very knowledgeable, honest and a great communicator, helping me choose the right solution for me. I've been a long term Vodafone user and highly recommend her if you're ever in the store. I also recently bought a phone that I've had repeat difficulties with - Susie was very patient and helped me resolve a few issues with that as well. She's a star!!

Called into Vodafone to arrange a new broadband and landline deal. Liam was really helpful and got it all sorted very quickly. Very friendly and professional and a great price.
