Bianca was absolutely incredible got me a fantastic deal after being totally done over by plan.com. great new phone unlimited data all for less than I was paying for a sim only.

Today visited the Stockport Store to be greeted by Sam. My son has a new IPhone 17 but his old phone was broke due to water in it. Sam went above and beyond customer service with us. He was extremely professional, very polite with a constant smile. He dealt with our problem very efficiently. He is an asset to the Company!!

I spoke to Bianca at the Stockport store. After a previous bad experience with Vodafone, Bianca was incredibly helpful, gave me clear options and updated my contract accordingly. I was planning to leave Vodafone however having dealt with Bianca, my kind has been changed.

I was waiting for my sim to be…
I was waiting for my sim to be delivered but unfortunately it was not after 5 days spoke Vodafone customer service they told it’s better for me to go to Vodafone store to get my replacement SIM card, and I been Vodafone Stockport store to replace my sim . I had my British passport with and my bank card including bank statement . The person was there he was refused to replace my new contact sim !! Because he said he want proof of address it has to be only driving license!!! While I had my British passport and bank statement and bank card with .so I just happily requested my new contact to be cancelled and was cancelled I will never ever get anything from Vodafone and I will highly not recommend it
