Liam was very helpful totally patient and unbelievabley considerate ( if you knew me you would know just how considerate he has been ). I simply cannot fault him. Reminds me why I stay with Vodafo... もっと見る

Despite the store being really busy on most of the occasions I have visited, the staff have been most helpful in dealing with my requests. Would recommend this store to everyone.

Nasty app that takes over your home page.

I had a issue with my home page on my phone i thought it was corrupted.
Popped into the Stockton on Tees branch explained to the assistant he sorted it out instantly.
I was expecting the worse but totally resolved the issue.
He set up my camera app as the software has QR code recognition.
Thanks from a relieved customer

Busy but great customer service

Great experience in Vodafone Stockton

Great experience in Vodafone Stockton, Adrian was really helpful and got both my husband and I sorted with new plans/phone, process was very efficient. Second time I’ve used this Vodafone store, would highly recommend.
