Came in as an EE customer with an issue on my phone and omar sorted my issue out swiftly and promptly. He didnt have to help me but went above and beyond to make sure i was satisified with the service. I will definetely being moving to Vodafone once im out of contract because of omars excellent customer service.

Amazing member
Saw Omar today who helped my daughter with a fab new phone! He was so much fun to deal with! Poor guy had no break as he had been on his own all day so I think you have a superstar member of staff who is a credit to your company.
