When a simple mistakes creates a great customer experience

Changed my broadband/mobile contract…
Changed my broadband/mobile contract over to Vodafone UK and used their shop at Clarks Village in Somerset. Alex was most helpful, and talked us through the whole process, he was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Despite the shop being busy and people queuing he made us feel that our account was his main concern. He showed excellent customer service and was very understanding for our reason to switch to Vodafone as a company which has ethics. Our previous company supplied services to a huge Beagle Breeding Facility for vivisection of puppies up North (MBR), as soon as we were made aware of this I just wanted their supply terminated and their hub removed. He found us a good deal and we made a 50% saving, so not only a company that has a good ethical and cruelty free policy but also extremely competitive delivering a quality and affordable service. Thank You Alex for making this switch uncomplicated and explaining everything to us as we are OAP's.

I was struggling to purchase service and set up account
I was struggling to create my account on vodafone website as it couldn't get through due to unforeseen circumstances. I couldn't get the package advertised either. Thankfully an amazing agent named Chelsey helped me online to set everything up. Grateful for such patience and hardworking over the chat. Thank you Chelsey, you're amazing in your job role! Very professional and patient. Even very convincing to not switch to different provider as I still don't have this new provider yet, hopefully the service itself will be as good as this agent was. 🙏🏻

I’ve found the customer service by…
I’ve found the customer service by phone appalling. Went into store. Lewis was a joy, fixed the problem, made me laugh and probably kept me as a Vodaphone customer as sorted my problem without fuss.
