Popped into Vodafone in Stroud today, and had an excellent customer experience with Jack. He helped me upgrade my phone and was clear and friendly throughout the whole process, I’d really recommend him to help you!

Facing a significant increase in cost at the end of a contract

Informed by text of significant increase in monthly cost of sim only contract at the end of 2 year contract. Went into Stroud Vodafone spoke with Zaid and Soheila. They could not have been more helpful. Zaid sorted out another 2 year contract for me costing me the same as I am paying now. Another contented customer

Efficient, knowledgeable and excellent service!

Many thanks to Dan in the Stroud store today. He tried everything to resolve a data issue I had and identified the problem was with the handset. He didn’t have to do what he did, he did and it meant I was able to make an informed decision there and then. Many thanks.

Had an excellent experience upgrading to my new phone in stroud! I was served by Jack, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, made the whole process very smooth and easy!
