Really great help here today!
I came into Stroud Vodaphone shop today to look into changing provider and getting a new phone. I have been wanting to do this for some time and need help with doing this and as I came into the shop I felt welcome as Kellie immediately greeted me and was friendly and put me at ease and has guided me through all the procedures necessary with patience and good knowledge and explained everything plainly so I can deal with it . I am so pleased I have been able to get this sorted out with Kellie's great service and attention to detail she has ensured I will now have the phone and broadband provision that suits my needs at a much lower cost than i had been paying. Thank you!

Love this Vodafone store
Love this Vodafone store. I like ve in Cheltenham but travel to Stroud store for anything Vodafone.
Staff are friendly helpful and worth their weight in gold.
Both members of staff in store today are amazing.

Why is it impossible to phone the Stroud shop. You would think they would have a phone. Perhaps they are with BT or could not afford the Vodafone fees. Still waiting for a 'phone call, oh sorry the shop does not have a 'phone

That being said, our stores don't have direct numbers - if you Google each store number, you'll notice that the number (0333 304 0191) will direct you to our Customer Service team over the phone - this is because our teams over the phone can help with the majority (if not all) queries and questions, whilst our store advisors assist with the customers in store.

Great service
Went into store was greeted by a member of staff called Kieran, he was friendly and helped me in my search for a new contract was very helpful and respectful. although I was just browsing he was really helpful in explaining everything to me.

DAN & TEAM
Visited last week about renewing contract after it ended. Dan was helpful and said it would carry on for a few weeks anyway and I wouldn't be cut off! Popped back as suggested and Dan remembered me, got everything sorted quickly and it was £5.00 a month cheaper than originally - good service with a smile and also assisted on other queries of phone use without any problems ! Hope he got home in time for the England match!
