Visited the sutton store today due to issue with my s24 ultra battery. I was met by friendly staff. Jag was my customer service rep. Jag was amazing and worked out a fantastic deal on a new Z8 fold. I was unhappy to say the least about my experience of my phone not working, but I left with a new phone due to Jag being so amazing.

I had a nightmare with my apple iPhone as it was not working. As my phone was with Vodafone I went straight to the store. Despite it being busy and I was not purchasing anything Chris was brilliant. I was served in store by James. He has excellent customer service skills & is very personable. He listened to all I required & expected from a new phone. He came up with a very suitable option for my requirements. He took the time to answer all my questions & set up my phone. Was not looking forward to a replacement but James made it as smoth as possible.
