Just been in to transfer my SIM over to my new phone and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Greg was really welcoming and helpful and had sorted my new phone so quickly. 10/10

Came in to find what deals i have on my…

Came in to find what deals i have on my account. Spoke with greg and he saved me money on both my sim only contract. Could have a smoother transaction.

Best Customer Service Rep

I met Ainsley today, he was a ray of sunshine with a great personality and laughter that will drive away any nervousness or low mood. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me to navigate the issues I was experiencing with my mobile broadband with good results. 5 stars for Ainsley and the Sutton Vodafone team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Karen

Today I visited Sutton Store

Today I visited Sutton Store, I was greeted by a very enthusiastic, young man called Warren he was, very knowledgeable, I explained what I wanted he talked me through my options and best deals and discounts as I have been a vodaphone customer for a long time, I left the store with everything I needed and very happy, I highly recommend Warren he was a very nice young man, thank you

Greg was really good and very divine

Greg was really good and very divine. Came in looking for a plug, he explained to me why my phone was taking long to charge. I was happy with my service and now my phone charges up super fast.

Great service with a smile

My mum's Talk Talk mobile stopped working, and Mahid was very helpful in getting it sorted. He got the WhatsApp service going again and explained various options and benefits that Vodafone could offer, which I took on board. A very efficient service. Thank you Mahid!
